The transportation workgroup identifies any gaps in transportation services needed for recovery and advocates for those needs to be filled within the community.  Transportation is a key factor in recovery because gaining employment, attending support group meetings, getting to mandated meetings by the corrections department and accessing food, health care, etc. requires some form of transportation.
