Greater Tyler Recovery (formerly known as Tyler ROSC), is a Recovery-Oriented System of Care (ROSC) coordinated network of community-based services and supports that is person-centered and builds on the strengths and resilience of individuals, families and communities to achieve improved health, wellness, and quality of life for those with or at risk of alcohol and drug problems.

 

 

  • Increasing access to supportive housing

  • Building a stronger relationship with the 12-step community and other mutual aid resources

  • Educating the community on the Chronic Care Model and best practices for treatmentDeveloping and implementing a ROSC model for adolescents with substance use disorders

  • Promoting Recovery Coach Training as a means of increasing recovery resources
